A second home win of the season. What a win it was too. I tough being a Saints supporter, it really is. Even when we are doing really well, we are never really doing all that well. All year our team has been threatening to to be good, it just needed a little bit extra. A new more confident manager, somebody with a bit of arrogance was needed and I think we now have that in Mark Woote. The return of Marek Saganowski has made a huge difference. Though I personally think the biggest improvement to the team is the utilisation of Jason Eulle. He is now partnering Sagga up front, and much like Emil for England, he may not score the goals but by god he holds the ball up well. He for me was fantastic, and is silencing those cruel critics. Good for him. I feel for Preston as it was only 3-1 but it came in the form of a proper spanking. AS for me, I feel better for it, that’s what football does for you.
Life and Cars
Well, the car business is starting to look up. I just wish it had happened a year ago, as i really could do with more money to invest. It’s taken a good while for us to find our feet and make the right connections. Which for the better part we have now done. So whilst I’m struggling along with this do I, look for another job to help me with the bills, or accept that it is a long hard slog but I now have the time to keep up with my writing, which I have been very lax on of late? It’s hard I have to say. But on the bright side I love my life, working with my brother is close on perfect, and I’m getting closer to my goals in film making. The silly thing is that i have the time to do the courses that I want to do, I now just don’t have the funds. 20:20 I think the term is.
Confidence
We run a pub quiz a our Local the City Arms on a Sunday night, and whilst we don’t get paid for it, it has brought Barrie, Simon and I closer together in a ‘team’ kind of way. We also draw in quite a large crowd too. The City is now the busiest pub on the Cowley Road on a Sunday night, and when the quiz finishes, off go our crowd, so we know that they are there for us. Somehow I think that we could capitalise on what we have to make money, I’m just not yet sure how. Any Ideas?

So I did, I’m at a pretty good place in my head, and I think the last year or so, doin’ the mike in front of a difficult young ordinance has helped me out significantly. My nerves are now almost none-existent. And I like to think I’m pretty good at it. But I’m not the person to tell you really!
